Comes with 8 rocker arms, 3 studs, standard head stud nuts, star nuts and 16 Allen set screws that thread into the top of. Brand new never installed box was opened and one rocker arm removed from plastic for viewing but that's it. This is just a set of 8 so will do one complete v8 head.
